The area is characterized by a developed network of routes. There are highways of state significance Ishmayl – St. Petersburg, Kyiv – Chop and regional – Exactly – Skvyra, Zhytomyr – Khmelnitsky.

• Stones of the deposit

Granites of two types, gray and pink-red. The pink-red granites are medium-grained, biotite and in the structure of the deposits occupy a considerable part and developed in the north and north-western part of the deposit, and the gray granites are medium-coarse-grained, porphyry and developed in the south and south-eastern parts.

Only Mineral Resources, including category Measured – 636.75 thousand m³ and Indicated – 701 thousand m³.
